The Chicago Wolves are celebrating St. Patrick’s Day by wearing exclusive jerseys, presented by Jewel-Osco, to raise money for Easter Seals Metropolitan Chicago and Chicago Wolves Charities.
Chicago Wolves individual playoff tickets for the first round of the 2014 Calder Cup Playoffs go on sale to the public at 11 a.m. on Friday. The American Hockey League’s postseason schedule is expected to be released after the Wolves wrap up their regular season on Saturday, April 19, with a 7 p.m. game against Milwaukee at Allstate Arena.
The Wolves are down to the last 17 games (11 home, six away) of the season and will face Midwest Division opponents in 13 of those, including when they close out the season with a streak of 10 intra-division tilts; the Wolves are 18-9-2-2 against Midwest foes this season after going 13-22-4-3 against them last year.
